"In fact, if this story would get some legs now, it could drastically impact the election. Americans don't like to think their government is under the influence of a foreign government. They may have accepted corporate rule, but they have not ceded rule to Israel. Besides, there is a great deal of anti-semitism in this country. It may not show itself on bowling league night, or be on any country clubs written policy material, but it exists in fairly large numbers. And down here in the South, hell, probably in most of the Red States, and again not in public, the undercurrent of anti-semitism exists. Just ask a methodist or baptist what he believes concerning the jews or zionism, in an honest moment, they're likely to tell the jews are all going to hell. And this a large part of the coalition that supports this administration, so if this story and those like it, actually get to the public at large, I expect poll numbers to change radically."
